$35 - 50 p/h (High OTE)

About The Role:
- Maintain, service and commission commercial HVAC equipment and systems in Data Centers.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform necessary work
- Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repairs and replacements
- Perform installations of HVAC equipment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Exhibit strong customer service skills, including clear communication about services rendered and Interpret and work from specifications, schematics, and building blueprints.
The Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
- Knowledge of control systems
- Universal CFC Certification.
- Exceptional organizational skills. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience are all considered an asset. Able to work extended shifts.
