Title:Laboratory Technician
Salary:12.35 per hour - plus 4% bonus
Hours:40 hours per week
Working on behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for aLaboratory Technicianto join their successful company.

About you
- You will be computer literate, able to work on your own initiative and be used to working as part of a small, flexible team.
- You will be flexible in your approach and enjoy training and learning new skills.
The Role and what you will learn: -
- Carry out analysis by wet chemistry techniques,
- analyse samples for vitamins mineral analysis and enzymes together with NIR analysis of raw materials, feeds and forages
- Assist the Services Manager, Senior Analyst and Senior NIR technician in the effective performance of their duties
- Specific responsibility for all aspects of sample preparation.
- Ensure the laboratories, stock rooms and associated areas and all equipment within are clean and properly maintained.
- Ensure that all samples are stored correctly and clearly.
