Due to continued success our client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead a team of Accountants and to provide financial support and advice to senior stakeholders.

Duties will include:

  • Management and development of team; ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver work to a high standard
  • Oversee production of the month and year-end management accounts
  • Oversee the annual budget process
  • Direct involvement in the monthly forecasting process and 5-year business planning
  • Oversee implementation of the finance dashboards
  • Ownership of financial reporting and FP&A processes
  • Review and improve the FP&A processes month-end, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Involvement in various projects and initiatives, and ad-hoc reports and tasks as required

The successful candidate:

  • Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
  • An experienced people manager
  • Ability to manage large workloads and be comfortable manipulating a large volume of data
  • Proven record in overseeing financial processes
  • Financial modelling experience is desirable
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ideally Power BI
