Senior Management Accountant
RP Recruitment is excited to partner with an established SME business in North Leicestershire to find a talented Senior Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with a progressive culture and make a real impact in their finance function.
Location: Hybrid working in Ashby-De-La-ZouchSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Responsibilities:
- Management Reporting - Month & Year End
- Business partnering with Divisions to provide financial analysis and helping to understand its financial performance.
- Involvement in producing the 5-year plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Manage delivery of the FP&A projects
- Direct involvement in implementation of the finance dashboards in PowerBI.
- Direct involvement in implementation and development of the financial planning software Vena.
- Direct line management responsibilities optional
Key Requirements:
- Qualified or Part-Qualified: CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- Management Accounting Experience: A proven track record in a similar role
- Technical Expertise: Strong data manipulation and advanced Excel skills
- Proactive Approach: A team player with a hands-on attitude
