Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of Junior Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out will involve:
- Junior Project Manager position dealing with high quality fit out projects for commercial spaces
- Managing the projects from cradle to grave
- Working closely with Tier 1 contractors, architects, & specifying consultants
- Liaising regularly with Design, Pre-Construction and Installation teams
- Attend pre contract and client meetings where required
- Ensure the project is on schedule to be completed within the deadline and budgets
- Responsible for financial elements of the projects ensuring that margins are maintained
- Contact clients to deal with queries and resolve any issues
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Managing projects ranging in value up to circa £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Junior Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out with
- Must have 2+ years project management experience within the commercial fit out / design & build market sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license and vehicle
- Well presented, confident, and motivated individual
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
