Sonic Summary
- A leading client is seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on projects across the Midlands region in the Industrial & Logistics space.
- The role is hybrid, allowing work from a Head Office in the East Midlands, on-site, and from home, with project values typically ranging from £10-50m.
- This is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring a minimum of 10 years of career experience and background with a top Main Contractor or major projects.
- Previous experience with Distribution Centre projects is desirable, and candidates should be degree educated with excellent communication skills.

Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:
- Preconstruction support where necessary
- Subcontractor procurement

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:
- Minimum 10 years' career experience
- Top Main Contractor / Major Project experience
- Previous Distribution Centre project experience - desirable
- Degree educated or similar
- Excellent communication skills
