Are you an Early Career Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? Zest Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic ECT to join the team at a vibrant primary school in Ashby. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, for the full school day to start immediately.

Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for young learners- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience of students- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all students- Receive ongoing support and training from experienced educators

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or equivalent qualification- QTS- Qualified Teacher Status- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
