Shift Pattern: Panama shift pattern (12 hr shifts, day and night shifts)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join a dynamic team in Ashby de la Zouch.
The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Repairing and maintaining production and ancillary equipment, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.
- Creating and managing PPM schedules and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
- Performing root cause analysis to troubleshoot and prevent repeat issues.
- Working with the production teams to improve their knowledge and capability.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in food manufacturing environments.
- City & Guilds Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering (preferably multi-skilled)
