Due to continued success our client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead a team of Accountants and to provide financial support and advice to senior stakeholders.
Duties will include:
- Management and development of team; ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver work to a high standard
- Oversee production of the month and year-end management accounts
- Oversee the annual budget process
- Direct involvement in the monthly forecasting process and 5-year business planning
- Oversee implementation of the finance dashboards
- Ownership of financial reporting and FP&A processes
- Review and improve the FP&A processes - month-end, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Involvement in various projects and initiatives, and ad-hoc reports and tasks as required
The successful candidate:
- Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- An experienced people manager
- Ability to manage large workloads and be comfortable manipulating a large volume of data
- Proven record in overseeing financial processes
- Financial modelling experience is desirable
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ideally Power BI
