Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Representative: 
  • Play a key role in driving new business opportunities 
  • Proactively engage with existing, prospective, and lapsed customers to generate orders
  • Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email to convert leads into sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You:
  • Sales experience in a fast-paced sector (e.g. plant hire, tool hire, accommodation hire, generator hire, powered access, lifting hire, non mechanical hire, construction or similar)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls to develop sales opportunities
  • IT proficient – able to quickly learn in-house systems
