Role: DTH Recruiter

Location: Hybrid, Ashby-de-la-Zouch

Salary: Negotiable

Inizio Engage is currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team based in Ashby De La Zouch. This position will be based from our Ashby offices 2 days per week with 3 days home based. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our goal to achieve budgeted revenue for our Recruitment Agency Business, achievement of set KPIs, and driving the growth of the Recruitment Agency through proactive lead generation and partnership working with the Business Development Manager. Maintain quality candidate talent pools through proactive recruitment and drive win rate versus major competitors in competitive vacancy placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vacancy Fulfilment: Prioritise and fill allocated vacancies within the set timeframe;
  2. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly billing targets to support the agency’s growth;
  3. Client Networking: Expand InizioPSL clients through effective networking and excellent service;
  4. Talent Pool Management: Maintain up to date talent pools and drive candidate engagement;
  5. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and convert new opportunities with the Business Development Manager;
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs and maintain accurate ATS records;
  7. Market Awareness: Stay informed on recruitment trends and the pharmaceutical environment;
  8. Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent communication;
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with Inizio functional/operations managers to ensure smooth process and customer/candidate excellence

The successful candidate will have the following background:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Commercial understanding of Inizio Engage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial success in recruitment
  • Ability to work independently and make decisive actions
  • Customer-focused with a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Good collaboration skills to work with others for optimal solutions
