The Professional Services department at SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR professional for an exciting short-term role. We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to join a growing industrial business with 300 employees during an exciting new partnership. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company merger process and contribute to the seamless integration of the two businesses. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced and evolving environment, helping shape the future of the organisation. Key Details- Contract: 3 months (urgent requirement)- Ashby De la Zouch- Start Date: ASAP- Transport company

Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations (ER) cases.- Support HR processes during the merger, ensuring compliance and best practises.- Assist with day-to-day HR operations to maintain a seamless transition.- Provide assistance to the HR 

Requirements:- Essential: Strong ER experience with a proven track record of handling complex cases.- Experience in using HR systems, particularly CIPHR and Cezanne.
