Key Responsibilities:

- Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.
- Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
- WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
- Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
Key Candidate Requirements:
- Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
- Have a minimum of 3+ year's experience at a Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager or General Manager level - Essential.
- Have managed teams beyond 30-100+ employees through direct managerial reports - Essential.
- A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Essential.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
- An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
- Commutable to Ashby-De-La-Zouch for 5 days per week - Essential.
Salary & Benefits Package:
- Salary - £45,000 to £50,000 (Dependant on experience).
