An established and reputable manufacturer of high-quality bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, and whole-home furniture is seeking a Factory Production Manager to lead its skilled production team. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring expertise in furniture manufacturing alongside strong organisational and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled manufacturing team providing guidance and support.
- Oversee workflow management, ensuring a productive and safe working environment.
- Maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies and optimising processes.
- Conduct training and performance reviews to develop the team.
- Oversee technical handovers, production planning, and stock control.
- Ensure seamless handover to installation teams and provide aftercare support as needed.
- Engage with clients where required, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in bespoke furniture manufacturing, joinery, or carpentry.
- Experience in factory production management, ideally within a woodworking environment.
- Proficiency in technical drawings and woodworking machinery.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Understanding of health & safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Ability to manage KPIs and operational targets.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
