An established and reputable manufacturer of high-quality bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, and whole-home furniture is seeking a Factory Production Manager to lead its skilled production team. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring expertise in furniture manufacturing alongside strong organisational and team management skills.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to manage a production facility, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, efficiency, and service. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards, optimising processes, and upholding the company's strong reputation for quality.

• Lead a skilled manufacturing team providing guidance and support.
• Oversee workflow management, ensuring a productive and safe working environment.
• Maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies and optimising processes.
• Conduct training and performance reviews to develop the team.
• Oversee technical handovers, production planning, and stock control.
• Ensure seamless handover to installation teams and provide aftercare support as needed.
• Engage with clients where required, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.

• Strong background in bespoke furniture manufacturing, joinery, or carpentry.
• Experience in factory production management, ideally within a woodworking environment.
• Proficiency in technical drawings and woodworking machinery.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Ability to manage KPIs and operational targets.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
