We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to service and drive forward our Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors.

Recruitment Consultant Job Details & Benefits;
- £24,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Fantastic bonus scheme
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (additional hours may be required to suit the business needs)

Recruitment Consultant Job Specification;
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing the process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Servicing of current Client base and reacting to Clients requirements efficiently
- Expanding temporary workforce
- Building relationships with current Client base to increase temporary and permanent placements
- Researching the local marketplace
- Assisting with marketing for the Company
- Administration duties including weekly payroll for temporary workforce
- Being responsible for Company Social Media pages
- Working to team based and individual targets
- All other associated tasks as required by the Company
Recruitment Consultant Person Specification;
- Excellent Customer Service skills and confident manner
- Ability to multitask and react to Clients needs in a timely manner
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of Clients & Candidates
- A desire to succeed and build a successful career with a growing Company
- To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team to meet deadlines
