Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving our Industrial sector forward. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and know the local marketplace inside out.
- Networking & Marketing: Attend events, manage our social media, and assist with the company’s marketing efforts.
- Candidate Management: Source, interview, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process, from first contact to job placement.
- Achieving Targets: Work towards team and individual goals, knowing your efforts will be rewarded.
