Ashley Kate Finance are working in partnership with an organisation that makes a difference with Carbon Emissions based in Ashby who are looking for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to start ASAP.

Due to a recent promotion within this department, our client has a need for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to work alongside and report into the Senior Sales Ledger Manager. The role is initially until the end of the year; however, the opportunity could also lead into a permanent position.

The role offers HYBRID working based on 2-3 days in the office and then working from home.

Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office based in Ashby

Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: Until end of December 2024 - Could lead to a permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and credit checks
  • Client query resolution and account reconciliations
  • Debt chasing and payment allocations
  • Raising and posting all Sales Ledger entries
  • Staying updated with the latest skills and developments
  • Championing our mission towards a net zero world
  • Contributing to continuous collaboration and innovation
  • Supporting Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Adhering to company policies and acting as a role model
  • Convey real passion and belief in the business and support the drive to a net zero world.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

§AAT level 2 or higher - Desirable but NOT essential

§Competent with Microsoft office
