This role will require someone who is very organised, outgoing and strong interpersonal skills.
You will be handling all administration processes and supporting the Property Management team alongside liaising with the Tenants, Landlords and other internal departments.
You will sit within a fast paced, friendly and experienced team.
Your duties will include (not limited to):
Coordinate with the Property Management team with any support they require
Liaise with tenants and landlords on any issues
Coordinate with maintenance and contractors on any issues
Producing property inspections and reporting
Deal with enquiries from tenants, clients, solicitors, local authorities
Take any inbound calls or email queries for the property management team
Document management and compliance for property profile
Property management tenant documentation
Skills and experience required:
Proven coordination and administration experience
Great verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer services skills
Motivated individual who demonstrates initiative
Excellent organisational skills and time management
Pc literate and confident in various software packages.
Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively in a busy environment
Salary: 11.44 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 15:00pm
Rotating Saturdays 09:00am-13:00pm
Office Based
This a temporary role ongoing to March 2025, covering maternity with potential of a permanent position.
