Our client is a leader in equipment hire and is currently undergoing remarkable growth. As a Senior Hire Controller, you will be supporting the Manager and working towards career progression within the business.
What do I need?
- Prior experience working on the Hire Desks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
- Day to day management of the Hire Desk
- Processing admin enquiries
- Negotiating hire rates
