My client a leading facilities management company require a receptionist on a maternity leave contract until June 2025
The role is 38 hours per week, with nominal core hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Thursday 0800-3pm Friday.
Based in the Telford reception the Receptionist will be the first person visitors to site will see. It is imperative that the person reflects a professional, competent persona with a sunny can do disposition.

Assist in delivering the unexpected to our clients through first class customer service
A natural host that can make customers, visitors and colleagues feel at home within the location.
Main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.
Assist in answering all telephone enquiries for the site, room bookings and set up.
Support the onsite Management team with high profile events.
Support and create the best customer and workplace experience.
Develop relationships and capture client's individual requirements for future site visits.
Have a keen eye for detail and share your notes and feedback to the teams.
Work on community initiatives to develop connections.
Undertake tours of the building to ensure best practice and report any faults and concerns at the earliest opportunity.
Supporting any key events in and out of normal working hours.
Provide support to the Workplace Experience team as required and for periods of annual leave.
Promote collaboration across all ISS operational and support teams, preferred suppliers, and customer groups, whilst maintaining the interest of ISS.
Lead by example and contribute towards a positive one team culture, working towards improving the Workplace Experience by picking up/reporting litter and reporting or dealing with spillages as soon as they occur.
Support the Security team with the evacuation and lockdown process as required and as per site process and procedures.
Register all customers and visitors to site as per the security policies and procedures.
Meet and greet customers and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner to promote a positive workplace experience and inform relevant parties of their arrival to site.
Assist those visitors in the waiting area and ensure they are communicated with regularly.
Ensure that all visitors to the building are met by their host before being allowed access to the building.
Prepare all visitors and delegate passes in a timely manner where possible prior to the customer/visitors arrival to site to ensure a seamless entry to site and reducing wait times.
Ensure the general reception area is always kept in good order and take action if required to enhance the workplace experience.
Use foresight and check the next days meeting room bookings, making amendments as necessary.
Serve as an information source for customers and all visitors to the building.
Liaise with the Security team and all other departments as required in a collaborative manner.
Answer the telephone in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Complete all daily tasks as per the site SOPs.
Report all faults encountered across site at the earliest opportunity to the Workplace team.
Carry out general admin duties and support the onsite management team when applicable.
Maintain awareness of health and safety regulations as per the ISS company guidelines and building procedures and process.
The ability to operate an array of operating systems as per the building, customer and ISS design.
?Complete all daily tasks as per the site SOPs.
