- Experience with client management within a chartered accountancy practice.
- Expertise in working with specialist, niche clients, understanding their unique challenges.
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Audit experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
