Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing insightful recommendations for improvements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify areas of risk within clients’ financial operations and suggest practical solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all audit work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and practices, and implement best practices within the audit team.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a public accounting firm.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
