Are you an experienced Finance Assistant or Administrator looking for a part-time role in Ashford? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with Sage experience to join our team.
Position: Finance Assistant/Administrator
Location: Ashford
Hours: Part-time (25-30 hours per week)
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions using Sage
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or Administrator
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
