We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about agriculture with strong administrative skills to thrive in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

As an Agricultural Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include:

Warranty and Service Administration

  • Managing warranty input and claims, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurate.
  • Conducting warranty audits and coordinating part returns in line with company procedures.
  • Administering extended warranties for all brands.
  • Liaising with the Service Manager regarding ongoing claims and unresolved issues.

Invoicing and Reporting

  • Processing and finalising invoices for retail, warranty, and internal jobs, ensuring margins are maintained.
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Collaborating with the accounts team to resolve coding and debt queries.

Operational Support

  • Coordinating the telematics system to ensure adherence to service schedules.
  • Managing clock cards, holiday forms, and other administrative tasks for assigned depots.
  • Supporting health and safety audits, including PPE checks, vehicle health inspections, and fire checks.

Customer and Team Support

  • Answering depot calls and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Traveling between branches to address warranty or invoicing issues as required.
  • Assisting with implementing new technologies to improve workshop efficiency.

About You
