GRS are looking for Field Based Installation Technicians / Mechanical Engineers to join our client's growing team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of mechanical systems alongside experienced professionals, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems, including pumps, pipework, and specialist equipment

Conducting fault-finding and troubleshooting on VFDs, MCC panels, and large motors
-
Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce plant breakdowns
-
Attending emergency callouts and responding to urgent repairs
-
Cleaning and maintaining fresh and wastewater treatment facilities while adhering to strict hygiene protocols
-
Carrying out essential health and safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment

Working collaboratively with experienced team members, gaining hands-on training and skill development
-
Managing and sourcing components while ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies
Requirements:
