Our client, a reputable and long-standing manufacturing business, is seeking a dedicated and influential Sales Executive to join their team near Ashford. As a key member of their sales department of 18, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Position Details:

  • Hybrid: Yes, working from home 4 days a week
  • Training: 2-4 weeks in the office
  • Location: Near Ashford, Kent. Due to the location of the office, which is not accessible via public transport, having your own transport and a valid driver's licence is essential.
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
  • Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 + commission OTE 42,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of incoming inquiries and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Create detailed estimates and ensure all client specifications are met before submission.
  • Proactively engage with clients to convert active quotations into successful sales.
  • Maintain the ECRM customer database and pipeline reports to track progress and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Respond to and manage complex client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales.
  • CAD design knowledge is highly beneficial.
  • Industry experience: Construction, Security, Utilities, Manufacturing
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a personal sales pipeline.
