Reed Accountancy & Finance is actively seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our client in Ashford on a temporary basis. This role is initially for 1 months to cover nnual leave but has the potential to evolve into a permanent position within the organisation for the right candidate.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:
- Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.
- Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices.
- Scanning invoices into the system accurately.
- Distributing remittance advices to relevant parties.
- Maintaining an up-to-date accounts email inbox.
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork diligently.
Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for numbers and accounts is essential.
- Studying towards an AAT qualification would be advantageous, though not required.
- No prior working experience as an Accounts Administrator is necessary.
- Ability to fully commit to an office-based role.
- Available to start work immediately without any notice period.
