Production Operatives
Temporary to Permanent opportunity!
Monday to Friday day shifts
South Kent Rural Location
£12.36 per hour
My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their thriving team!
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working within a manual, Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!
Duties include:
- Manufacture Products in accordance with daily order sheets.
- Preparing materials to ensure smooth production.
- Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.
- Escalating any faults or imperfections.
- Always adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Any other duties required.
The right candidate will have / be:
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential.
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the company
- A strong team player.
- High levels of attention to detail
- Helpful, reliable, and confident.
- Quick and methodical.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Flexible and proactive.
