MMP Consultancy is seeking a Hard FM Contract Manager to join an FM Company a permanent basis. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of NHS healthcare sites, ambulance stations, and other public buildings across Surrey, Kent, Essex and East London. Travel to sites on occasion with working from home is available. The salary is 55,000 plus a 5,472 per annum car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Hard FM services for a variety of healthcare sites, including clinics, healthy living centres, ambulance stations, and public buildings.
* Manage a team of 3 Service Managers, 4 Supervisors, and 13 maintenance operatives, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance with current legislation, HTM's, and codes of practice. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure contract performance.
* Oversee contract profit targets, control monthly costs, and provide detailed financial reports.
* Identify and mitigate risks across contract operations.
* Attend contract monitoring meetings and hold reviews with senior management, ensuring operational performance and compliance are up to standard.

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in healthcare contract management.
* Multi-site contract management experience, particularly in managing directly employed maintenance teams.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and succession planning.
* Expertise in handling large contracts with varied sites, including hospitals, clinics, and public buildings.
