The role must ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service and that their insurance provision is appropriate, reflects the criteria and that everything is compliant.The role is not a hard sell but more of an introduction to the business but more about obtaining general insurance renewal dates from the customer and new quotations to then pass to the sales team to quote fully.
The position of Telephone Appointment maker will suit anyone who has worked within a telemarketing environment previously and is happy talking to customers and making appointments for the sales team so a confident, well-spoken telephone manner is required for the role
The role will include;
• Outbound calling.• Meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators• Competently communicating the services the company offers.• Pre-call business research using online resources to tailor calls and ensure data held is correct• Tailored email follow ups • Tailored postal follow ups • Managing of call backs and pipeline leads
