THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are working on behalf of a well established manufacturer who are seeking a commercial sales executive to influence sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial sales, preferably selling technical products.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Sales Executive, Commercial Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, Sales Development Representative or similar role
THE ROLE:
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare detailed estimates, and create quotations for new business opportunities.
- Follow up on active quotations and tenders, ensuring all specifications are met and transitioning quotes to finalised orders.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting regularly on sales activities, using the company's CRM databases.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment in line with customer expectations.
THE PERSON:
- Must have commercial sales experience, particularly in managing client inquiries and selling technical products.
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365).
- A good level of numeracy to handle quotes, estimates, and calculations.
- Previous experience within a technical, security or construction related environment is an advantage.
- Driving license would be preferred.
