I am seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and developing our business across the South East. This role is perfect for someone with strong business development experience and exceptional negotiation skills.
Day-to-day of the role as a Sales and Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality sector across the South East.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Collaborate with other teams, like management and hospitality staff, to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Sales and Marketing Manager:
- Proven sales and marketing managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong business development background with a network of contacts in the sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
