The role:

Here at Vision For Education, we are working in partnership with a number of Nurseries and Primary Schools for Nursery Nurses. We’re currently recruiting for Nursery Nurses to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurses to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Observe and assess children's development and keep accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • First Aid certification is desirable.
