SITE ENGINEER

Kent

We are currently seeking to recruit a Site Engineer to join our Energy division. Working as part of a multi discipline engineering team delivering projects as part of our team near Ashford in Kent. This role will involve setting out and supporting the Site Manager with QA/QC and RAMS and is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team on interesting projects.

Reporting to the Site Manager, duties will include but are not limited to:

Setting out of civil engineering lines and levels

QA & administrative responsibilities

Promoting Health & Safety at all time and committing to continuous high standards

Surveying tasks

Ensuring quality control requirements are met

Reading and understanding drawings and specifications

Calculating quantities

Assisting in the production of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans

Complying with company policies and procedures

Qualifications/background:

HND/BEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Practical experience of setting out on civil engineering projects

CSCS

Full UK Driving licence

SSSTS / SMSTS advantageous but not essential
