We are keen to chat to With Building Surveying who are currently looking for a new challenge.
Our client who is a private practice firm covering the SE region and located in Kent are actively growing and looking to engage with Building Surveyors who are considering a move.
Building Surveyor duties:
Working across all sectors, the role will involve the undertaking of an array of building surveying services in particular:
- Planned/Reactive Maintenance
- Defect Analysis
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall Maters
- Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Bank Funded Construction & Development Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- CDM Co-Ordination
- Project Management
- Use of Pro-Map
As with all surveying roles we are looking for candidates with:
- Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Interest in areas such as building regs and health and safety legislation.
