Essential
- Proven capability in delivering bridges and structural design to relevant standards
- 5 years experience in infrastructure, either in highways and/or rail projects and familiarity with client processes
- Strong desire to lead and motivate team to deliver best for project outcomes
- Previous site experience, including with structural inspections and familiarity of construction process/methodologies
- Willingness to get stuck in technically, taking responsibility for delivery
- Support local management team in developing office capabilities and client base
Desirable
- Experience of local authority projects and processes
- Familiarity with asset management procedures
- Temporary works design experience
- Other discipline design experience
