About the Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service from booking to invoicing. You will liaise with the service team, manage customer enquiries, and handle administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities in this Service Administrator role:
- Greet customers and manage service bookings, ensuring a seamless process.
- Handle enquiries, providing clear updates on service progress and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely job completion.
- Process invoices accurately and handle related administration tasks.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any concerns promptly.
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service/admin role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling invoices and documentation.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Competitive basic salary up to 30,000 with OTE 33,000.
- A varied role offering both customer interaction and administrative duties.
- Regular working hours with structured Saturdays on a rota.
