I am currently seeking a Permanent Commercial Manager for work with a UK Civils Contractor covering projects in Kent, London & Essex.
This role would include but not be limited to the below
- Develop and manage budgets as well as forecast
- Oversea financial KPI
- Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
- Resolving contractual and commercial problems
- Risk assessment
- Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with regulation practices
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor or similar.
- Degree within Quantity Surveying or similar
- Previous experience on Marine and Civil projects
- Experience with NEC
- RICS / CICES membership
- CSCS
- 2x References
