Sales Agent £23,500 South Kent Permanent role Monday to Friday35 hours per week

My client is seeking a Sales Agent to help drive business growth by speaking with new and existing clients to establish their needs and passing the information onto the sales team to be followed up.
This is a full-time permanent role Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch… a 35 hour week!
Duties include:
- Making outbound calls to new and existing clients obtaining general information and quotations.
- Generating leads and passing to the sales team.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all clients.
- Build strong working relationships with all clients.
- Maximising sales opportunities.
- Maintaining the CRM system, making accurate notes for every customer interaction.
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Previous experience in sales, new business or a lead generation role.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Confident and proactive.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
