This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a major FMCG operation.

In this role, your function as a centre of expertise to monito a worldwide customer portfolio within the food retail markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • You provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer
  • You translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items…)
  • Maintaining retailer's product management systems
  • Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolio's and prepare customer meetings.??

Candidate Criteria:

  • Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role?
  • Building reports and analysing data.
  • You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.??
  • Customer contact & delivering service are essential! A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have.?
