Internal Sales Coordinator

Ashford

Part Time – Monday to Friday 21 hours per week between 9am – 5pm (flexible)

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be representing a forward-thinking Financial Services company based in South Kent in their search for a customer service and lead generation professional to join them on a part time basis.

Supporting the growth of financial services products, key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate leads for financial services in line with set targets
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner to align lead generation efforts
  • Support and train team members in cross-selling financial services products
  • Coordinate sales campaigns, including appointment booking and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within the agency team to meet customer and business objectives
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Proven experience in customer service with a track record in a target-driven role
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workloads under pressure
  • Experience working with Financial Services, or with knowledge of Financial Services products is essential for this position
  • Own transport and a full UK driving license
