To facilitate this growth, they are seeking a Director of Engineering expert to play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion plans.On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Engineering expert who has experience overseeing manufacturing factories, ideally for modular / offsite projects to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an autonomous role where you will demonstrate your expertise within a dynamic company.In this role you will be overseeing the Manufacturing department within the business. You will be responsible for working with the Operations Director to create, implement and deliver a number if strategies to improve efficiencies within the factory. In this role you ensure key KPIs are outlined for the engineering team in line with business goal.
