Location: Commutable to Kent Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Project Manager - Commercial Glazing Systems will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with various commercial glazing systems such as: windows, doors, curtain walling, solar shading, atriums, roofs, canopies, and bespoke glazing
- Review and interpret project specifications and designs to gain a full understanding of projects
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Resourcing required labour for projects
- Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
- Prepare method statements, RAMS and H&S documents
- Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Attend site meetings where required
- Managing projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £1,500,000
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Commercial Glazing Systems with:
- Must have Project Management experience within the fenestration market sector
- Ideally experienced in commercial glazing systems such as: windows, doors, curtain walling, solar shading, atriums, roofs, canopies, and bespoke glazing etc
- Must have experience producing Health & Safety, Risk Registers, RAMS and Quality Audits
- Ability to prepare logistical plans for projects
- Must have experience dealing with New Build projects
- Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
- Must be confident in resolving any project related queries in a professional manor
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- CSCS, SMSTS / SSSTS
- Full UK driving license
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
