Customer Service Advisor

My client, a national business who specialise in various areas of Insurance, are looking for a switched on, enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Duties include:

  • Advise all new and existing customers on insurance policies and requirements
  • Building strong working relationships with customers as well as colleagues in other departments
  • Recognise and initiate opportunities for cross selling products or services
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services
  • Following PRA, FCA and internal procedures at all times

To be considered for this role, you must have / be:

  • Previous customer service experience within an office environment
  • Graduate seeking to enter the workforce (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A quick learner with a can do attitude
  • Competent using IT to include MS Office and CRM systems
  • Educated to degree or A Level grade (or equivalent)
