We are supporting our Ashford based client during a very busy time, they are looking for 5 x Customer Service Advisors to join their team for a initial period of 3 weeks (there is the possibility that this could be extended and also the potential for the role to go permanent if there is the opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by making outbound calls to customers
  • Accurately enter and manage customer data in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to continually enhance service delivery.
