We are supporting our Ashford based client during a very busy time, they are looking for 5 x Customer Service Advisors to join their team for a initial period of 3 weeks (there is the possibility that this could be extended and also the potential for the role to go permanent if there is the opportunity)Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a keen eye for detail and accuracy?If so, this could be the ideal role for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by making outbound calls to customers
- Accurately enter and manage customer data in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to continually enhance service delivery.
