As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day requirements and ensuring effective communication with customers. Salary: £29,203

Benefits: 21 days of holiday (pro rata) and Bank Holidays, Cycle to Work scheme, Company Pension, and Medicash.

Location: Ashford, your own transport is required due to the location of the company

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Duration: 6 month FTC

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Take ownership of customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Act as the first point of contact for key customers and business sector managers
  • Analyse statistics and compile reports for both customers and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to offer suitable alternatives and reduce excess stock holdings
  • Ensure cost control by minimising year-on-year errors and reporting any unavoidable costs
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the team
  • Manage and monitor part pallets, offering appropriate solutions to customers

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to compile accurate reports
