Duties include:

  • Provide first-line support via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Process new hardware orders from start to end
  • Arrange installation and configuration of hardware
  • Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system
  • Courtesy calls to existing customer base

Skills/experience required:

  • Previous experience in an admin/customer service role is essential
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident with MS Office
