Duties:

Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive,
Scheduling vehicle appointments in the workshop diary and coordinating with the team
Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their scheduled pick-up time.
Making reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow-ups and regular maintenance.

Experience:

Experience as a Service Advisor
Proven reliability
Excellent communication skills
Professional, self-motivated and consistent approach
